How quickly can I get a rental forklift delivered?

Availability and lead time depend on our current rental fleet inventory. For urgent requests — such as a downed unit — call us directly at 724-898-2000 and we'll do everything we can to get equipment to you as fast as possible. For planned rentals, we recommend calling at least a few days in advance.

What capacity forklifts do you have available for rent?

Our rental fleet includes units ranging from 3,000 lb standard warehouse forklifts up to 15,000 lb high-capacity IC pneumatic units. We also carry electric pallet jacks and reach trucks. Inventory changes — call 724-898-2000 for current availability.

Do you deliver rental forklifts to our facility?

Yes. We deliver and pick up rental equipment throughout Western Pennsylvania, including Pittsburgh and surrounding counties. Delivery fees vary based on distance and equipment size — we'll include this in your rental quote.

Is maintenance included in the rental?

Yes. Our rental units are maintained and inspected before delivery. For longer-term rentals, scheduled maintenance is included. If a unit experiences an issue during your rental, call us and we'll address it promptly.

What's the difference between a long-term rental and a lease?

Functionally, very similar. Long-term rentals at Langer are structured with a fixed monthly cost, included maintenance, and defined terms — much like an equipment lease. The key difference is flexibility: rental terms are often easier to modify than formal leases.
